Chief Executive Officer and President: During his 21 year career, Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Scott Coulson held multiple key command and staff positions both in and out of combat. While serving as the Maneuver Capabilities Integrator for all U.S. Army combat vehicles, Scott wrote the Combat Vehicle Modernization Strategy. Scott is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and has a Masters in Business Administration (with honors) from Arizona State University.
Chief Technology Officer: Dr. Demetris A. Agrotis, holds a Doctor of Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Management degrees from The University of Dayton as well as a BS in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University. He brings 22 years of experience in the Automotive Industry, focused on all types of Sensors and Actuators as well as Controlled Breaking, Steering and Suspension safety related systems for vehicle platforms. He also has 8 years experience in Electric Motors and Electromagnetic Brakes for Military Systems including aircraft, Guided Munitions, Nuclear Weapons and Drones.
Chief Technical Advisor: Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Matt Dooley was commission from the United States Military Academy in 1994. Through his 21 years of service, Matt established himself as a subject matter expert in operational and tactical robotic applications, Army doctrine, maneuver warfare, and the coordination of elements of national power for strategic objectives. He was the Army’s Principal Coordinating Author for the current Robotics and Autonomous Systems Strategy. Matt has developed several robotic concepts, autonomy Whitepapers, and swarm behavior discussions in support of the Army’s future capabilities development.
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer: Since passing the CPA exam in 1997 Ted Rittinger has spent his career as a business consultant and financial advisor to start ups and private companies. He has held several roles including CFO, Business Process Manager, Dir. of Business Development, and most recently, Manager of Corporate Partnerships for Lawrence Technological University. He has been responsible for managing the finance and compliance programs for the U.S. military and private sector clients.
Chief Operating Officer and Secretary: As a career Army officer with over 26 years of service in Armor, Cavalry and Infantry assignments, Colonel (Retired) Bryan Denny has had key leadership positions ranging from Operation Desert Shield/Storm, the Balkans and multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. His last job in the Army was as the capabilities integrator for all maneuver, aviation, and Soldier systems, including all lethality, robotics and automatous systems. Bryan is a 2013 graduate of the U.S. Army War College.
